INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF DATA
According to the Data Management Plan which is based on the GDPR and filed with the ANR, the data published on the site belong to the APIICC project (references to the scientific project filed with the ANR, to the methodology of the project, policy briefs, documents intended for the general public), and to the APIICC project as well as to the authors (articles published in scientific journals), except for publications PRIOR to the APIICC project by authors who are members of the project and who have allowed their publication on the site.
Some content, including photographs, illustrations, or videos, may belong to third parties. The corresponding rights remain the property of their respective authors or owners, whose credit or source is indicated, where applicable, on the Site.
As such, only the use of the graphic charter and content for private use is authorized, in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.
Consequently, the User may not represent, reproduce, modify, or more generally, alter, copy, translate, reproduce, sell, publish, exploit and distribute in a digital or other format, all or part of the information, texts, photos, images, videos and data present on the Site, which constitute works within the meaning of the provisions of Article L112-1 of the Intellectual Property Code, and all other data, without prior authorization from the holder of the rights concerned.
Any unauthorized use of the graphic charter, content, and trademark constitutes acts of copyright and/or trademark infringement and may result in the User being held criminally and civilly liable on the grounds of copyright and/or trademark infringement, and possibly on the grounds of parasitism and/or unfair competition.
