A postdoctoral researcher at the Interdisciplinary Laboratory for Public Policy Evaluation (LIEPP) at Sciences Po, she holds a PhD in political science and specializes in the political sociology of public action and the analysis of environmental and climate policies. Her doctoral dissertation, completed at the Center for Research and Documentation on the Americas (CREDA), focused on the decarbonization of agriculture in Brazil, based on an analysis of the agribusiness sector. It examined how ecological transition objectives, formulated as sectoral or national trajectories, are translated—or circumvented—into the instruments, mechanisms, and power dynamics of public action. Employing qualitative and comparative methods, her dissertation analyzed the interactions between public actors, economic actors, and public policy instruments, highlighting the tensions between environmental objectives, production constraints, and institutional configurations. This doctoral work forms the basis of her current research on contemporary forms of ecological planning and the state's capacity to coordinate sectoral and cross-cutting transformations. Her postdoctoral research focuses more specifically on the institutional configurations of ecological planning, its modes of intersectoral and multilevel coordination, as well as its effects on public action and the instruments mobilized in the ecological transition.
